By accessing or using the Waitlist Game ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Waitlist Game is a gamified waitlist where users submit and vote on problems to earn points and early access. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service. You are responsible for your content and must not submit anything illegal, harmful, or infringing on others' rights.
You agree not to: manipulate points or rankings, create multiple accounts, harass other users, submit spam or malicious content, attempt to hack or disrupt the Service, or violate any applicable laws.
Points earned have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify the points system, adjust rankings, or revoke points for abuse. Early access is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UPTIME, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
